Late Seating Policy

TheatreWorks' policy for seating patrons arriving after the performance begins at the Black Box Theatre is as follows:

1. Tickets are non-refundable.  Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show if the exchange is made at least 24 hours in advance of the performance at the ticket box office.  Exchange is subject to availability.
2. Please plan to arrive at the theatre at least ten minutes prior to the beginning of the performance. TheatreWorks reserves the right to resell tickets that are not picked up from will-call by showtime, and to seat standby patrons in available seating.
3. Late arrivals may be seated during a scene change or at intermission at the discretion of the theatre manager if seats are still available.

TheatreWorks values your support and patronage and hopes to make each performance a pleasurable experience for each and every audience member.

The theatre opens 45 minutes prior to each performance, all seating is first-come (no reserved seats).
